Before a home reaches you, one of us has visited it, confirmed who owns it and on what terms it is offered, and checked the key documents. If something doesn't check out, the home doesn't reach you.

Our fee depends on whether you are buying, selling, renting or leasing out, and it is put in writing before you commit: the amount, when it is payable and what it covers. Third-party costs such as stamp duty are listed up front too. No fee appears for the first time at closing.

Yes. We help NRIs buy, sell and lease out homes in Bengaluru. Your advisor is your presence on the ground and shares photos, documents and updates at every step. We also coordinate power of attorney, tax deducted at source and paperwork with your chartered accountant.

Not yet. Ongoing property management will launch as Brikva Property Care. Today we find and verify tenants, and handle the agreement, inventory and handover so the lease starts well.
